The Idell Firm has substantial experience, a high level expertise and a proven track record of success in the litigation, arbitration and mediation of disputes involving intellectual property. Intellectual Property Transactions
We structure and negotiate strategic business relationships such as joint ventures, outsourcing deals, co-development arrangements, and manufacturing and distribution agreements with an acute understanding of industry-specific issues. In the entertainment industry, we provide strategic counsel in the structure and negotiation of option agreements, talent loan-out agreements, producer agreements in the film, TV, multimedia, game and music industries, co-production agreements in all media, rights clearance and licensing, acquisition and distribution agreements, merchandising agreements, and publicity rights agreements, including sponsorship and endorsement scenarios. In the technology industry, we provide counsel and structure throughout the continuum of activities, from work-for-hire agreements, non-disclosure/non-solicitation agreements to licensing in and out arrangements to intellectual property sale and assignment scenarios.
Licensing Transactions
